Why my Kupa Super UP-200 Nail Drill makes noice

this could be : the motor vent blocked due to dust being sucked in the motor and stops from keeping cool or the motor could have seized fun

I literally just got my drill UPower 200 and I’m having that problem, it when into overload mode when I try using it, it kept shutting off .. I decided to leave it, turn it on and it was working but only 10 seconds , went back into overload mode

if you are a handy person you could drill the nail out providing you get the same size of drill and drill it out
with lots of coutions

You said drill but I am guessing it is a nail gun. Make sure you are using the correct nails first. If it the common F-350S model they use a clipped head, 33-34 degree nail. Also check to make sure it is not jammed. If you need more help try and include the tool model number in your question as it only helps you to get a more accurate answer.

what you need to do is remove the quick release mechanism. there is a retaining ring DO NOT STRETCH then a small flat washer and spring lift the collar and there are usually 2 small steel balls. then using a magnet you should be able to remove bit. this works only if the shank on the bit is not twisted.

I know a lot of Dewalt nailers will not shoot properly once the battery is starting to get a little worn/has a lot of charging cycles on it. Their picky about having fresh batterys. How old is the nailer/batterys?

they have a cpu fan in it, and unlucky for you you cant buy anthother part, you either get a new one, or try sparaying some WD-40

I'm not familiar with that brand, but it sounds like your chuck just fell apart.
It can be reassembled, but a better and more long lasting fix would be to get a replacement chuck and swap them out. This will save you what could turn into hours of frustration, attempting to repair the old chuck only to find it still doesn't spin freely or tighten correctly.
Note the numbers on the side of the chuck itself, as well as the tool make and model #. There's no need to replace it with the same brand, but what is essential is that you find the correct chuck mount for your drill. (This is usually a number code like 2JT, 3JT, etc.) If this is not marked on the chuck, you'll have to know the diameter and thread pitch of the shaft the chuck screws onto.
Other than that, you merely need to decide the capacity (size drill bit allowed) of the chuck you wish to put on your drill.

Do a web search about drill chucks and you can find many suppliers that will be happy to sell you a new one, and you'll soon be drilling with the best of them...
