When I use the Bluetooth I get very low volume, when I go direct (aux) input the volume is very loud. How can I balance these volumes.
SOURCE: Stereo volume doesn't effect Aux input volume
in a car stereo system, when you select line input, it usually assumes the device you are connecting has its own volume control. if you really want to use your cars volume knob, an FM transmitter might do the trick.

Try turning the volume up on the pc first, and then the hts volume should be amplified by using its own volume control
SOURCE: HTC Touch P3450 - Bluetooth issue
I have the same problem when connecting a Touch Dual to a Jaguar XK 2008.
The car can detect the phone, and during the first handsfree session things work ok. I can browse the phonebook on the car's touch screen, and the phone audio goes through the car's audio system.
However when I disconnect the phone from the car, and reconnect it again, everything seems fine except the phone audio that's no longer played by the car's audio system. (Thereby no longer functioning as a handfree kit.)
I tested the same car with an HTC TYTN and the same problem exists. With a nokia phone however everything seems okay...
Any ideas somebody ?
Thanks in advance...
SOURCE: Tom tom rider version not
I recently had a bit of success with TomTom. My TomTom Rider 1 did not charge on the bike cradle, there is a known problem with the early cradles. TomTom have developed a TomTom Rider 1 replacement cradle (updated) and if you push hard they will wend you one in the post free of charge.
SOURCE: Aux in runs only back speakers and no volume control
check sub setting some radios can select between non fading sub output or aux input
