It's a common issue. You can follow below steps to fix it.

Before trying to fix the iTunes error with some methods, you need to be sure you have the newest version of iTunes on the computer. Sometimes just updating to the newest version of iTunes is enough to resolve all syncing problems, particularly if the desktop software hasn't been updated in a while. Try connecting it to iTunes and resetting the device. Make sure your not sleepy this time while you set it up again

Why did you post this question then?

Just go try to purchase the level again, you won't be charged for it. Enter your password for iTunes if it asks. Then it will say you already purchased it and would you like to download it for free. I just went through this myself and figured it out :)

The only solution for that is to bring your iphone to the nearest dealer near you and have it fix. They have tools to help you.
