What does it mean (enter the characters as they are given in the challenge) when installing Amazon fire stick

logically that would mean capitals when capitals and small letters when small letters
this information is case sensitive so if you use lower case letter ( small ) when the character is a upper case ( capital) then it will not accept what you enter

Go into settings and change the date so it is right. Set it to use internet time or how ever it asks that question. Then restart tablet and try to register again.

There should be a group of letters/numbers that you have to type in. I've never heard of Amazon using this type of test to be certain you are human and not a robot program. It might be best to contact amazon help and ask them for help.
