My dyson AM09 heat/cool will not heat. It starts to work then a code H2 comes up

This question is NOT about a car battery. The Dyson AM09 is a combination fan and space heater. I have one and it has recently developed the same problem. I'm looking for answers, but none of the answers here apply as they are about automotive batteries.
