Tatung 37" LCD TV

model V37GCGI, often the screen has a blue shadow that is a mixture of a bunch of blue pixels. the problem happens at random and is not consistant. Nothing seems to bring on the problem it just happens off and on. Am going to take to a local Best Buy service center to have serviced and would like to give them an idea of why the problem is happening. Please advise. Thank you.
