Ok I been ohming out the outputs on that timer and it appears it is closing contacts like it is suppose to, but it is too late to doing anything more tonight, tomorrow I am going to do as you said, and make sure nothing just keeping it from spinning, should I jumper some wires as well and just see if I can get cage to spin with wires direct hook up? It looks like a gear box?

Well I wanted to give you an update since you helped me out. I checked out everything you said and it ended up being the DOOR Switch... I should of checked that sooner and will next time. I was able to repair switch. Thanks for your help.

In almost every case, when a washing machine quits in mid-cycle, it's the timer. The lone exception would be if you have a failing pump. Before buying a timer switch, you should pull the bottom panel and inspect the drain hose and pump. Sometimes something will fall out of a pocket and wind up lodged in the pump, which would prevent the machine from spinning out and draining.

On the surface, it still sounds like a timer but it's well worth your while to check the pump just the same. Best of luck and feel free to post back with any questions.

You could try but I'd be surprised if the issue is the tub itself or the motor. Although you're getting good contact on the timer, it's common for them to fail for a variety of reasons: broken gear tooth, stripped spindle etc. Let me know how you make out.

Wahser wont run spin cycle.

Door switch is probably bad or connection is loose. Remove the top cover to gain access to the switch.
