SOURCE: The dishes come out dirtier after they're "washed"!

Take out the botton dish rack and check the drain. Most likely there is a screen that is supposed to catch big debris and keep it from entering the drain. It's probably got a lot of gunck in it. Take the screen out and clean it and check under the screen too!

SOURCE: jet dry dispenser doesn't work, gets spots on

If you are going to do the job, order part from searspartsdirect.com . they will give you the image, part # and the price. the door panel comes off and and the dispenser snaps in with tabs that you have to pry up and push either out or in. unplug dispenser and make sure you lubricate dispenser gasket. then reinstall by pushing in and listen for the snaps as you push in. re connect the plug put on panel and re screw panel if you want a service guy to replace tell him you only want a dispenser changed and how much willyou charge,if you ask 10 tech you will get prices .choose the most experienced and cheapest.

Dishwasher does not dry

First, make sure you are using Jet-Dry (or equivalent) rinse-aid. As part of this "green", ecological, environmentalist-wacko movement, dishwasher makers have cut down on the amount of heat generated by the heating element, and as a consequence, it is now imperitive that you use rinse-aid to help with the drying. Note: Finish Corp (the makers of Jet-Dry) now make a version called "Turbo-Dry". Try that (if you can find it).

I have a new stainless steel Samsung dishwasher. It doesn't seem to be drying properly. Dishes and dishwasher still very wet after cycle is completed.

Hello

Your dishwasher has been designed to use a liquid rinse aid. Pouring a liquid rinse aid into the proper recepticle in your dishwasher when you add dish detergent greatly improves drying performance. You can further improve drying performance by selecting the Sanitize option, in addition to the other options you've selected, and increasing the water temperature. For Best Results, use Jet-Dry Turbo

Spots and film form in your dishwasher's rinse cycle, when detergents are already down the drain. FINISH® JET-DRY® Rinse Agent works in the rinse cycle, lowering the surface tension of water and causing it to sheet. Better rinsing results in less spots and film.

If these recommendations do not improve drying time, please contact Samsung Customer Care

Try using a rinse aid like Rinse Aid from Dollar Store or Jet Dry. There should be a spot for it.
