Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
My washer starts, runs to mid-cycle, the clock stops advancing and the machine just runs, slowly flopping the clothes back and forth. sometimes it just loses power at this point, no error message, just stops. at this point, usually hitting the top or side of the washer has restored power, but the cycle still would not complete. when the repairman comes out, he finds nothing wrong and says the cycles complete.
Check to see if the water is warm if not the heater has gone or the thermistor is faulty
if warm i can be a dead spot on the timer where the contacts are worn if so needs new timer
