this issue relates to a temporary power failure (EG: storm knocking out the power or that a breaker has tripped) this can be fixed by pressing the power key on the dish washer and the error code should clear if not contact samsung for a replacement control board

What 2 cycle lights? Samsung dishwashers indicate problems and errors by making different lights light up and/or flash. We would need to know the model number too.

Most common problem is a clogged drain hose (or a new garbage disposal that was installed without the drain plugged being knocked out). Next most common cause is something hard getting caught in the drain pump, clogging the impeller.

I had this problem also with my Samsung Dishwasher if any large dishes were place on the end. It seems to stop the door from opening.

I can not understand your problem exactly, however i will give you the 2 possibilites:
1) water is not entering to the machine:
a) valve inlet water, can be defective test see how
b) float switch defective, is located in the floor of the diswasher see how to test.

2) water is not drain to the machine:
drain line/ air/gap is clogged repair see the diagram
b)propeller pump defective, see the diagram and replace
c)DRAIN valve/ or solenoid elecric defective repair or replace.
d)belt is broken, replace
e)motor can be defective, try to turn manually, if does is o.k otherwise is defective, replace.
f)timer defective, try to clean, loose wires, broken or open repair, If does not replace.

Hi, the HE codes refer to temperature errors. The HE codes refer to heater problems. These are all functional errors that require a certified service technician, but disconnecting the circuit breaker in the meantime can prevent the problem from growing worse.

Sounds like the theromstat is shorted. Download the manual from Samsung before you try to replace.
