Need a manual ISG12010 GEYSER TIMER,AND HOW DO YOU SET THE TIMER TO ONE OF THE PROGRAMS

You will need to check your electricity bill and look for the hours when electricity is the cheapest. Se the timer for all those hours. You may need a 1 hour boost mid way through peak pricing.

The other terminals are NO NC and Com
Neutral does not connect to these... only Hot
Hot connects to Com... and then connect wire to geyser to the NO contact... general illustration on link above

The Geyser Load Control Timer, ISG1201, is designed to prevent geyser from operating during the Eskom's designated weekly morning and evening peak times. The ISG1201 features 4 easily selectable, pre-programmed, geysers "ON" operating profiles to ensure maximum comfort whilst not burdening the user with the complicated process of having to program the unit.
The profiles are as follows;

• Program (1) is always "ON"
• Program (2) "ON" after sunset to accommodate solar geysers

How to program elc 1001 load control timer

Check circuit breaker.
Click fully off and then back on.
Check for burned smell at breaker or loose crackling sound that says breaker is bad.

Reset timer. Then Reprogram.

This timer has a non-replaceable internal rechargeable battery.
If battery has gone bad, then timer is defunct.

Use manual override button to turn timer ON-OFF.
Then test across terminals 3 and 4 for 240Volts.
Turn timer OFF, and test across terminals 4 and 5 for 240Volts
If no voltage shows then timer does not have output.

If test shows 80% undervoltage, that can cause load not to activate, depending on type of load.
Have electrician check for voltage issues at power company transformer.

Unknown what load timer is connected to.
Max load for this timer at 240 volts is 3680 watts, 16 amps.
Motor load is 230 volt 8 amps.
Check label on load for watt or amp rating.
Volts x amps = watts
Watts divided by volts = amps

Here are instructions taken from manual.
To set current time:
Hold down CLK button and then push day hour and min button until current time shows.

To program:
Press PRG button until 1 and ON display.
Press day hour and min button to set program1 ON
Press PRG button until 1 and OFF display.
Press day hour and min button to set program1 OFF
Press PRG button until 2 and ON display.
Repeat steps to set more programs.
Set up to 7 programs
Programs repeat each 24 hours
When finished, press CLK button and current time displays.

To operate timer: press MODE button.
AUTO to run timer functions.
RDM and timer turns on-off at random times.
Manual to override timer functions.

With digital Zilla timer, you can set from 1 to 7 programs.
You can set one program, and that's it, or set 2 programs or 3.
Up to 7.
