I have 21 in onida black from last 6 yrs.now it has started giving problems .It doesnt switch on no sound no video but when i hit ******* its top it becomes ok .now want to know wats the problem in my tv...

Good day!!!!

That problem is cause of loose solder connection on the board of your TV...

Here are the step by step guides on how to solve your problem:

  1. Open the back side of your TV.
  2. Get soldering Iron and soldering lead.
  3. look for the CRT board.
  4. Resolder the board especially the power supply section and the ply-back pin.
  5. Then try to open it (power on) the TV.
  6. Also try to hit the TV again and observe if there is any other improvement or reactions. If there is any reaction on the TV it means that there are still a loose board.Try to check and resolder it again.

Thank you!!!I hope this solution could be helpful..

Nintendo wii has no power

Check for 12V coming out of the power supply. If this is not present then check the fuse in the mains plug. If the fuse is OK but you still have no output from the power supply then the power supply is faulty and you need a replacement. If there is 12V from the power supply but the Wii still does not have the RED LED on or switch on then the fault is in the Wii and this is not for a novice to try to repair.

Had a storm in area and think a power surge hit my Wii console - now I can't turn it on

Your power supply / AC Adapter is probably gone. It usually takes the hit before the Wii. You can find one at the following website for $19 free shipping:

My grandson's Wii power adapter has just blown up but fortunately did not go on fire. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

could be a factory defective power supply...see if the wii power supply is made in china...alternative power adapters don´t have the quality of the original ones...does your eletrical home instalation is good ? Cause bad home eletrical terminals can cause overcharge or even a overvolt in a sensible power supply.
Good Luck!!!

No power to the Wii

Yeah, it is sort of a common problem if you don't play your Wii much, simply unplug your power supply from the Wii, and the outlet, then wait a couple of minutes, and hook it back it, it should work then!

Wii won't come on

Unplug the Wii for at least 5 minutes to 'RESET' the Wii console.

Then plug it back in and try it.

Does the Wii show a yellow light ?
