Question about 2wire (1000-400108-001) Router
It might not be the issue, but try reseting the router to the factory settings by holding the reset button behind the router, also disconnect the ethernet net cable and swap the ends and then reconnect it. Disconnect the telephone cable from both the ends and try to reconnect it.
