SOURCE: The night setting results in blurry pictures

The grain is from underxexposure and the blur is from hand shake caused by low shutter speed. Try using a tripod. Also, change from auto settings and shoot in manual mode with a high ISO and low aperture setting. Good luck!

SOURCE: resetting lenovo tab 10 x103f comes up in chinese how do i hard reset in english?

When the tablet boots up and first shows Chinese, you 'should' be able to select a different language. I assume the language list is in Chinese, so here are the characters that represent English:
??
or
??
or
??

If neither of those character pairs is on the list, or you do not have the option to change the language, please send me a picture of the screen once it has finished booting up and is waiting for input.

Blurry pictures

A common problem is a finger print on the lens. If needed, clean the lens with a microfiber lens cloth. Commonly available with spectacle cleaning kit. Did you drop it? Are you actuating the shutter by "squeezing" the button and not pushing on it, moving camera around? Try using a shaky hand setting, often indicated with a hand icon and wavy lines, indicating movement.
