you can simply make a claim with amazon stating what happened. Theyll get your money back for you and you might be able to keep what they did end up sending.
view your recent orders under your amazon account. they have a selection called "problem with an order" make sure to have that order information handy.
its really easy, and amazon supports its buyers.

I'm not sure what the question quite is since there's only the Model Number in the description but I am assuming you're looking for a replacement power supply for your laptop.

Amazon is my favorite place to order especially as a Prime member. You get free 2 day shipping and $3.99 overnight shipping on most products.

I've ordered many Generic Universal AC Adapters from this site and have not had any issues, just be sure to order from a 4+ Star Seller.

according to their site you should have received an email to confirm your order.
this is taken from their site : Orders placed by 3pm EST, Monday thru Thursday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed from Friday thru Sunday are usually shipped the next business day; Once the order is shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local FedEx guidelines for delivery.

Radio Shack should definitely have what you need or even Best Buy and if they don't have it, they'll either order one for you or point you in the right direction.
Also, if you want to go the online route, Overstock.com usually has anything and everything and you're whole order will ship for only $2.95. (I think if you don't already have an Overstock.com account they give you your first order's shipping for free when you sign up) Ebay also has just about everything in the world but you have to make sure that whomever you buy from has great reviews so you know you'll get what they're promising.
