Generally if the hum is absent when the volume is turned right down the power supply smoothing and reservoir capacitors can be considered serviceable.
Hum on audio is often caused by a hum loop and I suggest you do some reading about the subject before attacking your hi-fi with a soldering iron.

Sounds like the relay are worn. Its small plastic box. You can gently open the cap with precision screwdriver and use fine sand paper, or your gf nails sanding tools and pass it on the contact. If you could unsolder it, its much more easier to open...

hello,
this problem can be solve by opening the receiver and check for dry soldering on the audio section of the printed circuit board, resolder if found any.
Also check for electrolyte capacitor if they are faulty by using an ohmmeter to read the faulty.
