I suggest you contact the Clerk of the Court as soon as possible or instruct your legal representative to do so.

There would have to be compelling reasons for the case to be adjourned and your daughter would probably need to explain why her being out of town is more important.

Not only do I doubt your success but your description indicates your daughter is a key witness in a case that is in her own benefit, which without her testimony could be thrown out or the defendant found not guilty.

In addition, ignoring a subpoena could result in a charge of "contempt of court".

Is Donald Trump being accused of ****** a 12 or 13 year old girl

Yes, he has to be in court in December in a preliminary hearing. That charge has been filed against him, of ****** a 13 year old girl in the early 1990's at the home of Jeffrey Epstein, the billionaire convicted offender. You can google it to see all the facts. Trump may face a serious charge in a criminal case. It is said the girl has a witness who may testify.

My daughter's boyfriend set up the account and I need to find it. I tried to log in under my email

You should have your own Roku account.
Get one if you don't have one.

Maybe you're trying to get Netflix and he's allowed you to share his. Netflix allows one account to work for two TVs. The two TVs don't have to be in the same house. In that case, call your daughter's boyfriend.

It is spelled: subpoena
