To change the setting:

Click Messenger and select "My Webcam."

In the window that opens, click the "File" menu,

select "Preferences," and choose "Webcam".
Click the "Camera Settings" button.

There is usually a checkbox for "Invert Image" or "Mirror Vertical."

Un-check this box if one exists.

If you can't find this checkbox, try searching the other tabs.

i have an asus, my webcam turned up side down after installing an update for the cam, i went back and uninstalled the update and went back to the original, now it works fine. If you have installed an update remove it.

I tried what you suggested with both of my services and it worked, you guys are awesome!!
