Question about Lands Phones
HI. This can be heat related or, the LCD connection ribbon can also be damaged or defective as well. if you are certain that this phone did not over heat, this will confirm an LCD screen connection ribbon issue. this ribbon connects the LCD screen to the main board and power sector as well. this is Micro technology and, all is condensed to small integrated parts. the main board and power sector are all one piece and, if the phone has become hot, the Grey lines will present themselves for a short time. Now, if this phone has not over heated, during a long talk or operative session, this will ne a connectivity issue with the connection ribbon inside the unit. the LCD screen will need to be replaced in this case.
Contact your local service provider for the part and replacement needed.
