It may not be possible to uninstall the built in browser, but you could install another browser and set it as the default and then limit what that does in it's settings. Not sure why you want to uninstall the browser, if it is to save memory, then you maybe just stuck.

Are you certain the LG440G has the suretype feature? I have this phone and suretype is not an option.

To change the time on a Tracfone LG440G, turn the phone "off", then turn it back "on". If that doesn't work, turn it "off", remove the battery, reinstall the battery, turn it "on". Time should display properly. No way to change the time manually.
