It should be either the F10, F11, F12 key depending on your model hold down the FN key and try one of these keys at a time and type to see which one turns it off

Hello..just moved my desk top to new desk..everything is fine..but mouse won t work..while it was unplugged i cleaned keyboard..monitor with soft cloth..can u tell me why my mouse won t work

IF it's a serial mouse (meaning green round connector) it's probably not plugged in correctly. Now these are not plug and play so you need to reboot your system in order for it to work. Try that.

There are adapters available on or your local computer store that can convert a USB port to a ps/2 mouse or keyboard plug and vice versa. Make sure your keyboard or mouse support this function, though.

I use a logitech mouse. I recent had some service

the only thing i can think of is if its usb you need to resynce the devices if you have tried that i cannot think of anything else :)
to resync them you just need to hit the button on the reciever (thing that connects to the computer) and hit the button on the bottom of the keyboard then go repeat the same thing for the other device.

I changed monitors with another worker, plugged everything back in and now the mouse doesn't work and some of the keyboard works. changed batteries as well

You have to link the mouse again; there should be a small button on the back of the mouse; possibly on the USB dongle as well (it may be a small transceiver that sits on your desk. Try the mouse first; if it doesn't link try and find one on the transceiver.

Keyboard stopped working

Have you tried cleaning out the keyboard?

Dust can get in there & play havoc on the plastic board inside of it.

I take mine apart every 9mos to a year, completely.

Logitech MX3200 wireless keyboard and mouse

You're probably going to need a Desktop USB Extension stand or cable if, I assume, you have your keyboard USB Receiver plugged into the back USB port of your desktop. These extension stands often come with your cordless devices (i.e., I got one with my Logitech cordless mouse... I don't need it for my laptop, but I do when using my desktop PC). You can make your own extension by purchasing a "Male-to-Female" USB extension cable, 3 to 6 ft in length (or longer if you need it). Plug the cable into your desktop, place the female end of the cable near where your keyboard is, and plug your keyboard USB receiver into the female USB socket of your extension cable.

Hope this helps!
