Samsung ceramic electric hob 5 plates . After relocating my home its just heating top but oven and panel disply is dead.

 Many thing can do this but, common things are....loose high voltage wire.....poor solder joint on board.....magnetron.....power relay..... also This most commonly is a bad door switch, other possible problems are a faulty relay or solder joint on the power module, but a bad door switch is most common.

SOURCE: hotpoint ew83p oven has no heat

The oven fan element has failed, you need to fit a new one.

Remove inner rear panel of oven and you will see the round element at rear.Unscew screw(s) that secure element, disconnect leads, and fit new element.
Refit element cover.
Job done..
Make sure you have power off to oven before you start.
Plz rate my solution.

Had exactly the same problem and just had the samsung engineer out (as it was only 3 months old ) who replaced the thermostat. all is now working ok

How can you remove burnt plastic from electric hob oven
from the ceramic or glass cook top
will be a slow process cant scratch the top
hope its not tuppa ware
it will smoke
plastic scraper or solid plastic spatula
with hob off .. boiling water little at a time
may have to low heat the hob again

I have replaced a Kelvinator hob with a ceramic hob. It works but the owen is not working. What is the problem?
There are possibly a number of options. It could be that in wiring the hob in you have disturbed the wiring for the oven. Normally the oven works off the main oven control switch on the panel and the hob could be wired into something else.
Is the oven totally dead no power at all for everything, or is the clock running but the oven will not switch on?

I have a zanussi buit under double oven the main oven all the lights come on but no heat. it worked yesterday well top oven works and so does gas hob
If it is an electric oven and fan assisted, and the fan is working o/k, then you need to fit a new oven element, located behind plate at rear of oven.
