The inside of my screen is cracked

This is a relatively old model of mp3 player (albeit a very good one) so you may find it difficult to get your product replaced. The up-side, however, is that you would be upgraded to a much newer model if they were convinced the player broke due to a manufacturing or technical fault rather than through accidental damage.
The number listed in the e200 user manual is 1-866-SanDisk (1-866-726-3475)
Since the crack is on the inside of the screen and not on the outside, it is most likely a product fault which would get you a shiny new mp3 player. In terms of repairs, it is unlikely that they would cost less than replacing the device entirely since that specific LCD panel may be end-of-the-line or particularly hard to come by.

Charger broke

There is a proprietary charger for the HDD6330, but it is no longer available through Philips. Try contacting Fox International or some third party seller for the original USB cord.

Broken Sansa e280r screen

Hey wordjay,

While the LCD display for many MP3 players may be replaceable, in some cases the availability and cost of doing so might make repairs uneconomical.

I would first suggest checking with the manufacturer of the MP3 player (SanDisk) to see if the screen is sold as an individual component or as part of an assembly - this can often give you a good idea of how much repairs may cost, before any labor charges are factored in. Keep in mind that not all manufacturers may offer replacement parts for their LCD screens if the model has been discontinued or is currently subject to a recall.

Once you've gotten a good idea how much replacement parts may cost, you may wish to then speak with your local repair facility for more information regarding any potential installation charges.

If you are still unsure how to proceed, remember that you can always bring your MP3 player into a Geek Squad® agent at your local Best Buy™ store for further assistance.

Hope this helps you out.

Go Ahead. Use Us.

My mp3 player port

Ohhh - you broke the port on the mp3 player itself - must be replaced - cannot be repaired for less than the cost of a new Mp3 player.

The battery can also be charged using an AC adapter (not included) or a car
adapter (not included) and you will be able to play your device while
charging with one of the adapters. The battery will reach approximately 70%
charge in 2.5 hours and full charge in about 3.5 hours.
