Question about Canon PowerShot SX100 IS Digital Camera
Hi. My canon powershot SX100 keeps flashing the low battery symbol even though the batteries are brand new. It takes a few photos then turns itself off. I have replaced batteries several times and have not done any damage that I am aware of to the battery connection area. This problem just started to occur out of the blue. Any ideas would be appreciated.
If you're sure that the batteries are full, then the power board has to be changed. It's the first board under back cover, with the buttons on the other side of it. Contact your local Canon service center. If they ask very much, you can contact me firstname.lastname@example.org and I can give you a price - I have access to new Canon parts.
