My hec washer wont spin fast enough to remove the water at the end of the cycle?

If your washer is over three years it would be good to check your motor brushes. Get spares from advts on this site, there are several. Before that check your motor for brushes (gud videos on YouTube to guide you regarding brush change). Slow or bad spin is usually connected with worn motor brushes.

Atf6000fs2 does not fast spin to remove water only slow spin /checked it on all spin speeds

Either the motor cannot turn over fast enough to power the pulley system, or there is an issue with the pulley system.

IT IS NOT SPINNING THE CLOTHES CORRECTLY AND IS LEAVING THEM VERY WET

You have two situation. One the water is not being pumped out and second the tub is not spinning fast enough to extract the water from the clothes. The latter could be due to a transmission problem and the belt is either loose or worn out. Good Luck

ESTATE TOPLOAD WASHER MODEL#TAWX700JQ3, DOES NOT SPIN FAST ENOUGH TO EXTRACT SUFFICIENT WATER FROM CLOTHE

Check if the belt is good and tight enough. If that washer uses a spring tensioner on the belt, make sure it travels freely and applies sufficient tension.

Kenmore 90 Series washer needs two spins to remove water

We have exact same washer. It is 11 years old. We are at a point where we have to spin it 7 times and then still isn't too dry. It dies yesterday a very loud death. Mentioning this here because it could be a foreshadowing of your Kenmore 90's future.

Washer spins but not enough to extract water from clothes or tub.

could be a loss belt or a kinked hose, since you say it feels weak i would think it is not getting up to speed which would be a loss belt or drive train issue, of course it could just be to big a load or on slow spin speed setting

It's direct drive. It may have a bad coupler. Did you see any black particles under washer? Also look for oil on floor and bottom of washer. Transmission can leak oil into clutch causing slow spin.
