Going to have to remove cover on roof. Will need to remove all Philips screws around near bottom. If you have/had wasps in there, take a real good look before you pull cover of, and try to do it on a cool, cloudy day, or at dusk, just in case there's more there. If you do it early in the morning, watch for slippery roof. Take a can of wasp/hornet blaster with you as it's not unusual to find more nests under that cover. Been there, done that, many times. Good Luck, keep me posted on results.

Engine won't start- I have changed gas, I have a good spark, and no air blockages

Put a nice new spark plug in the engine and clean the carb with carb cleaner. Spray some cleaner in the carb throat, and put some liquid carb cleaner in the fuel tank.

When i turn it on it shakes like something is loose. The shaft is straight, could the fan brackets be loose? ...

Could be, be also you need to check both fan blades. One could have a dirt dobber nest or something ellse on it. This will cause the motor to be off balance.

The AC in my RV works and cools but rattles the whole camper and is extremly noisey. I think it is either one or both of the fans. Are they replaceable?

You have something in or on the fan blade. If you live where there are dirt dobbers, they will build their nest right on the outside blade. You will need to take the cover off to inspect. Also, as for the inside blower wheel, it could have something sucked up into it throwing off balance.

Ryob1 BC30 won't run

Check your muffler screen in the exhaust ! I have seen carbon or mud dobber's build a nest in these and when cleaned fire right up and run ! If you need to adjust the carb passed the preset screw limits the a carb rebuild kit is likely!
