Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Ok there are solutions out there you can buy to rejuvenate rollers. You can try to clean the pickup rollers first and that should help for a while or you will need to have them replaced. Being that one copy works I don't think its a sticky solenoid or the paper feed clutch. If the jams are happening after the paper feed on the right hand side of the copier you must remove the power supply assembly. They can get glazed over which then they need a cleaning or sanding a bit. These are common issues with the rollers due to use. Also here is a site with parts if you find any of them need replacing.
and here is the site for the rubber roller cleaner.
You can also just try a little bit of water at first as well, and make sure they are dry always before using, as that may just get them dirtier then they were to begin with.If you have any other questions or need further assistance please let me know.
