Cant get pictures on it

Add pictures to your MP3 player if it supports those files. The process is similar to transferring audio files. Plug your MP3 player into your computer. Open the photo file on your computer and drag pictures into the player. You can create folders to organize the pictures.

Can't display photos

According to others who have had this issue, there are a couple of things that may help you get your pictures seen easier.
  1. make sure there are no illegal characters in the filename IE: commas, ", or any other type of weird characters.
  2. if you are loading photos straight from a camera and not editing them at all, if you are using an 8 megapixel camera or around there. your photo resolution is way to high for it to load fast in an ipod. Change the photo size in a bulk resizing program or make to photos smaller in photoshop or your camera software.
to see if they just flat don;t load at all, bring a pic up and let your ipod sit...wait wait wait if it's resolution at some time during your busy day it will show up.

Down loading pictures

When you plug the iPod into the computer, iTunes should recognize the Nano after a minute or less. When it does, click on the icon of the Nano, and then click the Photos tab. Then check the box that says Sync from folder, and select the folder that your photos are stored in. The iTunes tool is not very precise or suer-friendly, and needs a lot of work. But, that is how it works. It usually only gives you an all-or-nothing choice - either load EVERY photo in a given folder, or load none of them. You may have to create a special folder on your desktop that you plan on storing only photos that you intend to sync to your iPod.

When you disconnect the iPod from your computer, you will be able to access your photos. You will also see that iTunes has created a "Photos" folder on your iPod where there wasn't one before.

I cant get the photo viewer to pull up my pictures.

Use the "Extract" button in WinZip to move the picture files to a temporary folder on your computer. Once you do that, Photo Viewer should see them. Good luck!

Cant get video or photos on my audio player

Use the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter for videos. Photos have to be in the exact JPG format specified in the technical specification sheet that came with it. If you have lost the CD or documentation, you can get it from Philips website.
