After using for 1 hour, my Zanussi TC7102W will not restart. I have let it cool down and tried all temp settings. Emptied the condensed water tray which has been pushed back. The power light is on.

might be freezing on the evaporator faulty defrost timer or drain is blocked water should run down back bottom tray

Sounds like the condense pump is bad. Replace it, or look if there is lint in it. ;)

Check your blower inside the unit, blower frame may be deformed causing the blower to touch the frame make some noise.

Pat, Have you found a solution to this yet? I have got exactly the same fault today ! Having taken the top & left side of the dryer off, I found what looks like a broken drive belt - not the main drum drivebelt which is fine, but a shorter one (about 18cm diameter loop) with no obvious place for it to have come from. I HAVE A ZANUSSI CONDENSER THAT AFTER STARTING WITHIN ONE MINUETE THE LIGHT IS SHOWING THAT THE RESERVOIR NEEDS EMPTYING WHEN THERE IS NO WATER IN IT.
We have the same issue and i have turned the machine upside down today to find there is a condenser valve inside the connecting pipe that connects to the reservoir tank to allow it to fill. This valve has come adrift as an 'O' ring has come off of the end. I need to source a new 'O' ring from a hardware store or DIY store, which should solve the problem.

Dryer modle Tc7102w/t5c7102s was working ok but drum won't rotate
Theres two things to look at, the brushes on the motor, replaceable and cheap, if they are are healthy then there is one or sometimes two large capacitors, these give the motor the ooomf to get it rotating, these fail which is a common problem with washing machines and dryers, again about £5= on ebay.
