This code can only be restored by the dealer.
It must be hooked up to the computer and then the serial number/vin number are used to reset the code.
If it is not written in your owners manual - it may be recorded on the side of the radio.
Sometimes it is written inside the glovebox.
Look in those places - then contact the dealer for an appointment.
