SOURCE: dvd stuck in conia clcd1930

To Eject the DVD, my conia clcd1930 needs to be in "DVD" mode. This Mode appears to activate power to the entire DVD module. So the Eject button will only work in this mode.

MY REMOTE FOR A FLAT PANEL TV DOES NOT WORK; THE MANUAL BUTTONS FOR THE TV ALL WORK WELL BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE WHEN USING THE REMOTE

Check the batteries are installed correctly
also check if they may have gone flat
Is it a multi unit remote? if so check that it is set to tv
If you have another remote controlled device that flashes a lamp when using a remote it can be used to test your flat panel remote
just point the remote and push any button if the lamp flashes the remote is transmitting
Lastly is there anything obstructing the remote pickup on the tv,something sitting in front close to the power lamp

Hope this helps

I need to know how to select I have Netflix on my smart tv I have gone on to apps scrolled down to Netflix which button do I select to watch it

Try the select button, or the button that you use to accept commands from the remote.
You should provide the manufacturer name and model for the item you are asking about for better responses.

No response at all from power switch or the remote. will not power on. no blinking lights or anything

could be a dead remote test with a camera ie phone. look at camera on phone etc wile looking at the remote with the camera press the button if working there should be a light coming from the remote. if not the the inferred led may have gone in the remote easy to replace it is just soldered in. take batteries out of remote. there maybe a small screw in the bottom were the batteries sit. take that out. the with a flat blade on the gap between the top and bottom of the remote on the side. use a flat blade minding your hand etc wile doing this. and pop the cover off. when you have done this there is a led at the end of the remote. replace that with the same size ir red led and put back together remote should be working again.

I have a Panasonic pt-52lcx65-k. I thought the lamp was gone so i replaced it. Now the tv wont come on at all. Just a orange light flashing. I tried to reset it by holding the volume button and the pip...

Howdy,
Doble check your Lamp Installation, making sure that the Lamp Cover is properly secured. Reset TV by unplugging TV from the wall for 3-4 minutes then plug back in, then turn TV on.

To reset your Panasonic Lamp Time:
ø Press and hold these buttons for (at least) 5 seconds:
ø Volume Down button (on TV Panel).
ø AND ACTION Button (on remote).

As the remote gets older the ACTION button may not respond unless you press the button dead center and not at an angle.

Thanks for using FIXYA, BIG IRISH.
