Plantar fasciitis can be diagnosed very easily and accurately. Pain in front of the heel, first step in the morning is a clear indicator. The blank side, if that's the side that has the heel cup, should be facing up. Also, there is a left foot one and a right foot one. Make sure you have each one in the correct shoe I don't know how long you have been using them, but they don't promise immediate relief. Because your foot and the rest of your body has to adjust to using them. Keep in mind, they are correcting problems with your feet that you may have had for a long time.
