Question about Samsung HL-P4667W 46" Rear Projection HDTV
It sounds just like my 4667W when the color wheel disintegrated. Apparently its fairly common on DLP sets. There is a site that has step by step instructions on replacing the color wheel. I used it when I did mine, but I don't remember the site, sorry. After I replaced it, the set fired up and displayed a washed out picture, apparently the lamp ballast needs replacing. Any suggestions? I'm waiting for manna from heaven to be able to afford to fix it. For the short time it worked I loved the set, but it was $1000 plus for 15 months of HDTV, and Samsung is NOT cooperative!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
