SOURCE: Standing water in the little kidney shaped filter and scum
Hi, welcome to FixYa.
It is normal for there to be a small amount of water in the sump area where the filter sits. As for the scum under the large filter plate- You need to periodically take it out and rinse it off and keep it clean that's normal machine maintenance.
To get the best washing results on these machines, use only POWDERED detergent, do not use liquids, and also do not use tablets or packets, as the machine is not designed for them.
If you are finding one drawer seems to get murky water in it after running the other drawer, this is called "cross draining" and it happens when the machine is not properly installed. You may have a slew of technicians come in and all of them tell you there is nothing wrong. The fact is, these are in effect 2 dishwashers sharing a single cabinet. There are 2 seperate pumps and two separate drain hoses. Often they are connected to a single "air gap" with a Y-connector. The preferred way to install them is either with a standpipe or a "dual air gap". When these machines are properly installed, they are awesome and customers love them. When tye are not installed correctly Fisher Paykel gets a bad rap and it's not fair. I personally have corrected somany faulty installaions I can;t count them all. And when I follow up with a call to the customer afterwards to check on them, they will say things like "Since you were here, it's almost like we have a totally different/new dishwasher!"
You can read a tech article on this subject that I wrote here:

The short answer to this question is no In North America alone there are more motorcycles that will vibrate more then the diesel powered motorcycle that you are referring too. The riders of these machines show no more or less physical damage to their body's because of the machine they ride vibrates. What the vibration will do is cause you to fatigue much quicker, your hands and feet will become numb and when you do get off you will feel weak in the legs. This said I'm talking of a 100 mile (160 kilometer) non stop ride. I don't know where you are in this world but for city or secondary roads and short rides (under 160k) there is nothing wrong with this type, style or means of propulsion. As a side car rig it would be totally awesome for pull power. All this said it wouldn't be my choice of a motorcycle unless where you are diesel fuel is more readily available or less money the gas. Another thing if this is a means of enjoyment then I'd be looking for a gas powered motorcycle because the smell of diesel is particularly foul. If it's for a necessity and cheap transportation it's not going to damage your kidneys anymore or less then some of the North America built vibrating motorcycles.

No. The unit 'learns' the pool based upon time recorded in the horizontal and vertical positions while cleaning. It will work, although perhaps not as well as in a rectangle-shaped pool, without any further action than dropping it in and powering it up.
