Instruction manual for Panasonic dimension 4 premier

Panasonic and Sharp are the brand leaders in microwave ovens. The build quality in the old ones is outstanding. I owned a large one in a commercial pub kitchen reheating hundreds of thousands of meal items for 18 years and it never went wrong once!

This is not certain, but it may be a part that is expensive to replace according to this other web site for a similar model Panasonic oven. That person said their microwave was still working.

Good day, I have a Panasonic Dimension III Microwave/Convection Oven 1983
Model NE-9910A.

I went to use it today and when I entered to nuk my coffee a FFFF display appeared where the clock normally appears. I went and found my operating instruction booklet and it indicated to "stop/reset" which I did. Next it indicates to contact a Panasonic Servicecenter. Can you help me out? ps. It still works great!!!!!

FFFF means that your display control board has an internal short. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the display control board which is no longer available. If you really wanted to fix the microwave you'd need to remove the display board and mail it to a place like Appliancetimers.com to have the part refurbished. The cost to have the part repaired is usually about $200-250 or so.

Note:
I found a manual from a similar model; you'll probably want to pring page 15 as a reference, since each food category button has 2-4 modes based on the type/temperature of the food, e.g. veggies are 1. for potatoes up to a certain quantity and weight each, 2. fresh veggetables of a certain weight, and 3. frozen vegetables of a certain weight. Specific instructions on adding water, covering, etc. are also included. Makes microwaving pretty easy!
