Question about Nokia 6102 Cellular Phone

Open Question

Nokia 6103b cell phone. Cannot increase the volume

I have read ways to solder and correct the issue of which I'm good at doing..but cannot find a service manual that will show me how to take it apart. Nokia doesn't even have one..but said to send it in for repair; don't think it's worth that! know there are a few srews on the back and have removed them..but can't figure out what slides or pops out. If I'm unsuccessful in fixing it..oh well..I'll recycle it and buy another. I like to make my electronics last and really like this ole phone.

Thanks.
Randy

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Dear, in your mobile just play an audio without your ear phone, then increase or decrease its volume if it get increased or decrease then their is no problem in your mobile.
then again put your ear phone to your mobile, and trying doing the same thing, if it does not getting increase or decrease then surely their is a problem in your ear phone.
change your ear phone either from nokia care or some local mobile accessories store.

How do I increase the volume on my Nokia 1661?

There are 2 types of volume in your nokia phone that you can increase or decrease.

The first one is the ring tone volume. You can either increase or decrease your ring tone volume by pressing the menu key then go to settings, go to profile, select any desired profile go to personalise go to ringing volume, then increase or decrease by using the navigation button to the right or left.

The second way is to increase or decrease the volume of the speaker of your phone which i think is the cause of your question (this volume enables you to hear clear and loud the person on the other phone). You increase or decrease the volume by making a call, as soon as the call starts ringing, press the navigation key to right to increase the volume or to the left to decrease the volume.
