How can I control the fact that my new Samsung TV model UN43MU6300FXZA picture will darken for what appears to be now reason while viewing TV.

This may sound redundant but, did you check out the onscreen munu, and go to " troubleshooting " ? If that doesn't help call the manufacturer of the TV.

If you can see the faint picture in flash light means the power supply and the main board is working. The real culprit is the backlight. Even one bad LED in the backlight will switch off the whole array. To repair this fault the panel has to be opened and the defective LED or LEDs are to be replaced.

This is a complicated, delicate and risky job and must be attempted by an expert only. You may end up damaging the screen permanently if you have not done it before and try to DIY.

Most likely the tv projection lamp life are ending.The tv projection lamp been inside this tv like 1 1/2 or 2 years?Tv been on watches like 4 or 5 hours each day?The tv projection lamp life are ending,require a new tv projection lamp.

The lamp is the only thing that will cause the picture to go darker. According to the model you have the lamp part number is BP96-01472A. The noise you hear could possibly be the color wheel itself. The way to tell is when you turn off the TV the lamp stays on for about 10 seconds longer. Once the lamp shuts off if that noise goes away then it is a bad color wheel. The monitor might be on 'dynamic contrast'. Press menu on the remote control and does it say that 'magic bright' is on dynamic contrast?
If so, change it to something else and this may solve your problem.

It may have one of reasons:
1. "Dirty" supplying voltage in the monitor - check all electrolytic capacitor.
2. Bad controller chip - check if it gets extremely hot when working, also you may see darkened area on other side of the PCB where that chip is located.
3. Loosed connection between controller PCB and the display itself - disconnect the cable and clean contacts, especially of blade connector on display side, check if there are some overpressed contacts.
