make a backup of all files and contacts, because if you have removed the software and still get ewallet popping up you will have to do a factory reset. To do this go to start>settings>system>clear storage and then type in the password normally default 1234 and press yes if you want to lose all data and revert to factory settings.

I had this exact problem as well. The solution was to allow Windows to "Scan and Repair" the file system. The scan will likely detect all the duplicate 0-byte files created as you tried to delete files, and will remove these. In addition it should resolve the underlying problem such that you can now delete files normally without creating more of these 0-byte duplicates.
