Will it drain?
Drain most water, take it outside pour rest out.
Roll over, check underneath see if belt broken,, or plastic guide on the cycle bar has broke off.

My washer fills and agitates, but when it gets to the rinse/spin cycle it stops and makes a loud grinding noise. Thanks for your time

If it doesn't drain the water after the wash cycle and the sound is more like a buzz then the first thing that I suggest you check is the lid switch. If the lid switch is damaged then the machine will not pump the wash cycle water out and it will not go into the subsequent cycles. The "grinding" or buzzing sound can be caused by an intermittent signal reaching relay switches or solenoids.

My GLTF 2940 makes a buzzing sound like a relay not pulling in all the way, during the rinse cycle. If you shut off the washer, and restart it on the rinse only cycle, it goes away.

its probably your cold water rinse only valves solenoid thats loose on the structure or the coil itself is loose, you may not hear it all the time especially during the initial wash start fill, try this, set the washer for cold water fill only on the washer, but turn off the water valves that supply water and start your machine to a wash cycle as normal, try this and see if it dry buzzes(without water),then try the same on the hot side, then with the water still off open up the machine and you can localize the buzzing noise

Kenmore HE4T washer won't rinse. Valves open to

An HF Code is a Water Inlet Problem- No or Insufficient Water Supply.

Press Pause/Cancel twice to cancel the cycle. Then, unplug the washer.

Run down the list again:
Make sure faucets are completely turned on.
Make sure the fill vavles (screens where water enter machine) aren't clogged.
Make sure the hoses aren't kinked, etc.

Plug the machine back in. Try another cycle. If the problem still occurs, You may need to replace your Water Fill Valve. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Washing machine makes buzzing noise

Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.

Samsung Washer WT1101cw will not drain. Originally had a OE error. Running "Spin" or "Rinse Spin" cycles but pump cycles on for less than 1 second and goes into spin with water in it. _Laundry loaded with a OE error and water not draining. _I manually drained the system, took apart the drain and did not find a clog or anything to prevent the motor from turning. _Pump motor reads continuity. _Ran multiple SPIN cycles and then a RINSE and SPIN cycle and actually had the pump run for a few seconds and even for a minute or so one time but could not repeat and hasn't since. _checked the Pressure Switch and see continuity between common and outside contact. Tried to increase pressure by blowing into the tube using a straw on the end of tube but saw no change. Not sure how the pressure is created inside the bowl. _There was no overfill condition originally and I have not tried to run a normal cycle because the washer is in an upstairs location and draining is difficult and messy. ___I believe that something is preventing the voltage from being sent to the pump motor but I have am not sure what logic conditions need to be satisfied for this to happen.I keep looking at the pressure switch because the drum will perform a load sense and then go into a spin cycle with water in it which sloshes around. Questions: --Shouldn't the drain pump normally be running prior to the spin? --what causes the change in the pressure switch? Does the switch only change at a "full" level? Please only answer if you have a clear understanding of the system. I am trying to avoid excessive expense in this repair and swapping parts unnecessarily. I am beginning to think that it is the control board and do not want to spend hundreds of dollars if it is not. Thanks.
