LXCGtime.dll is a module installed with the spooling drivers for Lexmark printers. This is required for your printer to work properly and should not be disabled. You may need to re-install the Lexmark printer driver hope this helps
Take out all cartridges, switch printer off and then on again and let printer see that there are no cartridges. Do this 5 times, it resets the cartridges. Then install refilled cartridges

I searched for "wiafdrv.dll" and there were no hits for this dll, but there was one for the dll file "wiafbdrv.dll". Make sure before clicking the link below, that this is the correctly named dll file you need.
I found this possible solutions for your problem.
Most likely some software installation has messed with the file Scrrun.dll and
possibly other WSH files in folder windows\system32, or it's registration.
1)It may not be registered properly.
From Start/Run, type
regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\scrrun.dll
You should now get this message box:
