Yes, I believe it will. You can also go on amazon and request if it will fit. Just go to your account and then to reviews and request your question there and amazon will help you get the answer.

You need to turn the unit on to see the model or serial number, we would try another charger letting it charge for a hour to see if it would accept a charge or turn on.

Easy. Go to help screens there is a deregister the device. Hopefully wasn't password protected. Re register with new name. Or after that go to factory reset. Boo yah.
