HI. HOW DO I UNBLOCK A NO. THAT IS ON MY BLACK LIST OF MY VTECH PHONE THANK YOU

Please double check that any battery in the phone has been updated within 3 months.

Vtech also suggests using an outlet not controlled by a switch.

Otherwise, please take time factory reset your Vtech device and check for the error again.

If you don't have the owner's manual, try searching the internet for a copy. If that doesn't work, search the internet for Vtech customer support.

With the handset in standby mode, press Menu (on the right below the LCD screen). Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate to Call Block. Press Select (the same as Menu). Navigate with the Up/Down arrows to highlight the line Block List and press Select again. Navigate to the line Review with the Up/Down arrows and press Select. Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate to the blocked number that you wish to delete. Press the Mute/Delete button (the center button below 0). You should hear a confirmation tone and either the next number in the block list or list empty should appear on the LCD screen. (You can't delete the entire list at once.)

The procedure to delete a blocked item in the Call Block list is given on page 21 of the full manual. Hi,

You can check the call black list, if number is in black list please remove it.

You can get the vtech Dect user manual from here http://phone.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/vtech_communications/vtech_communications_cordless_telephone_product_list.html

Go to this site and below " vtech Coedless Telephone Manuals" click 'D' in the alphabetic order, scroll down the list until you see the model number of your phone.

This work can only be done by the Service Provider. Tell them to Block a phone no. they will enable a feature known as Black List. The No.s in the Black list can never contact you via that no. unless you unblock the no. in future.

Sir, there is no such feature. Contact the service provider and tell them to keep it under black list. This will block the no. until you ever request to unblock it.
