All phones are different. Just consult your manual for the answer to your question. Hint - check out the menus for messages management.

No, sorry, you can't. The recording is digital and once it's gone it's gone.

How do I clear my iphone 5c mail box? Can not make or receive phone calls.

Click on the Phone app, then click Voicemail. At the top/right, click Edit and select the messages you want to delete. Click Delete. Then click on "Deleted Messages" and delete all of those, too. You should be good to go!

How do i get rid of the messages on my gigaset al14h telephone

I have the same phone and had the same problem. I had almost 50 voicemails meaning I had no room for anymore voicemails.

When listening to voicemail (done by pressing envelope button) press the left hand key under the display; the one with _ symbol on it and it will delete the message.

I couldn't find anyway to delete all the messages at once, I had to go through all 50 and press that button each time but now my voicemail is empty :)

We have a Panasonic KX-T7633 phone system and the ability to receive our voicemails via our email. Do you know of a way to delete the voicemails off the phone without actually listening to them on the...

The voicemail system has a Class of Service option to delete or forward messages that are left on the system. If you set it to delete all heard messages (old message) or unheard messages after X days, it will delete them. You can move mailboxes into different classes of service so they have variable expire times.

Deleted voice mail in error, is there anyway to retrieve?

  • Start by tapping the "Phone" icon on your iPhone.
  • 2 Next, access your voice mail messages by tapping the "Voicemail" icon.
  • 3 Look at your list of current voice messages. If you have any messages that are eligible for recovery, you'll see an item at the very bottom called "Deleted Messages". Tap on this to access a list of your deleted messages.
  • 4 You should now see a list of deleted voice messages. If you see the message that you want to recover, tap on it and choose "Undelete".
  • 5 Your voice message will now be sent back to the main list of current voice mail messages.
  • 6 Repeat steps 1-5 for "each" message you wish to recover. This may take time!

T7208 nortel network general voicemail locked

Generally, you dial feature 981 to get in, then extension number and password. If you have no new messages it will say that, then give you the option to review old messages. To delete a message you press 76. If that doesn't work, login to your mailbox, press 8* then 6 to get to "go to message" then press the message number and #. If you have an on-site administrator, they can delete your mailbox as well, otherwise you will have to call your tech help service and have them erase it remotely.

I saved voice mails but can;t find how to retrieve them? 911 !

Are you not able to retrieve new voicemails or only saved voicemails? Occasionally your carrier may delete old saved voicemails to make room for new ones.

If you want to save all old voicemails on your computer forever, you can sign up for a service like youmail.com

    Voicemail icon won't go away.

I've had the same problem as well. I made sure no messages were there, then called and left myself a message from another phone. I went in and listened to the message and waited till the option to delete came on and for the indication there were no more messages. Icon was gone.

    Voice mail icon

highlight the message in your inbox and press menu. You should have the option to unlock. Select that. tHen you should be able to delete them.
    As far as your voicemail...
Call and leave yourself a message and then delete it. This will cause the voicemail system to send a message to your phone to remove the icon.
