We did not receiv Order #114-8378259-1005869. It shows as delivered on the tracking, but it never appeared. Please advise. Donald R. Miller

You can go to your amazon orders and click on that order and file a claim. When you file a claim theres option that you can choose, or you can add why your filling a claim. They would ethier refund your money, or they would help you get your package. Hope that helps, and you can also contact Amazon also.

That does not appear to be a good tracking number on UPS, USPS, or Fedex sites. Are you sure that's correct? Tracking will show if the item was delivered or not, but it must be a correct tracking number.

Contact the seller and verify that they have shipped it. If it has been lost in transit it can be traced to it's last location. If it has been delivered the tracking number will show this. In this case it would appear that someone else has gotten your package. Report this immediately to Amazon . They will most likely ship a new order. If by chance your delivery carrier has turned the package to the postal department, they will have a trace on the package . If Amazon tells you that this is what happened, contact your post office about this. Keep a good clear calm voice, it will carry you further.

I am thinking that you have the wrong site to track the order. This is a technical support site.
