Have you tried reinstalling your Quickbooks? From time to time Quickbooks does have errors related to their updates. The 1st step I would suggest is back up your company data file, and then uninstall, shut down, and then reinstall. Then you can import your data file back into Quickbooks. This should resolve your issue.

What you can do is go to C:\Program Files\Intuit (you may or may not have another sub-folder called Quickbooks or QuickbooksXXXX) You can find your data file in here. It will be what ever you named your data file when you set it up, for instance, mine is Kriad Computers.QBW. You will want to copy that file along with the file [Your File Name].QBW.TLG (i.e., mine are Kriad Computers.QBW and Kriad Computers.QBW.TLG). Now you can safely uninstall Quickbooks, and reinstall it. After you have reinstalled, then you can take and copy those 2 files back into the same directory where you took them out of. Hope that helps, and let me know if there is anything else I can assist with. Thanks, Chad K.
