SAME EXACT PROBLEM on my Krzr (verizon) .........

  • karrib Jun 23, 2008

I had the same problem. I have a krzr km1 and the phone would not connect with my bluetooth, and buttons did not seem to be working. Tech support could not help me. After removing the micro-sd card everything worked as it was supposed to. I put the micro-sd card back in and it still is working. What's that about???

Same problem, bluetooth worked then the next day would not connect.
My KRZR did have a microSD card installed. I removed it following the posted solution and now the bluetooth device connects to the phone. Will see if it happens again.

1) Turn off the phone
2) Remove the Micro SD card
3) Turn on the phone
4) Goto bluetooth setting and turn off the bluetooth
5) Turn off the phone
6) Put back the Micro SD card
7) Goto bluetooth settings and turn on the bluetooth and pair the headset

These steps are what I do. I have to take these steps whenever I remove the Micro SD card for file transfer to my computer.

Take out the battery for about 5 min and put it back in and it should work.

It worked so power off, remove sim. connect up. Phone tools should recognize your phone name and then you connect ask you to verify pin code/etc/etc and your on your way.

From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support.
There is no solution
If you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones and it works fine.
I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.

In short the KRZR software is defective

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

I have a motorola krzr k1m. It pairs with the t305 but, doesn't connect. Are they compatible?

These two devices ARE compatible. Sometimes you might be required to enter a passkey once your phone has paired with the T305 (in which case the initial value is set to '0000'). If this doesn't work try the Motorola website below:
http://www.motorola.com/Support/US-EN/Consumer-Support/Mobile-Phones/KRZR_K1_Default_Support_Loc%253AUS-EN#
And click on 'Car Accessories' under 'Connect my Bluetooth'
Hope this helps!

I cannot connect my h350 headset to my phone how doi I do this

on your phone open your bluthooth section and(1) turn on bluetooth. then in the bluetooth options, (2)have your phone ready to search / find devices. (3)on the h350 press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the blue light comes on and stays on. it is now in paring mode. (4)tell ur phone to search for devices. your phone should find it. (5)then select the h350 on your phones found devices list. they will now pair. its possible a password will be requested, i believe the factory default password for the h350 is 1234. your phone password may be the same as your phone unlock code or your voicemail code.
time is limited you may have to do this a couple of times before they actually pair together.

Try video instructions on connecting Bluetooth headset to Nokia phones on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category (Motorola H710 headset). It should be pretty much the same for all headsets. Watch chapter on Pairing phone to headset (Nokia example) It shows you the steps and what the phone screen will look like on your phone as you go through the steps (activating Bluetooth option on the phone, then searching for devices (headset) and finally pairing the headset with your phone.

You do not have to unpair it from the other phone, the headset can be paired with many devices, but can only be connected to one device at a time. A safe bet would be to turn bluetooth off on your old phone.

Here is the User Manual for your h350 bluetooth, and pairing instructions are included. Enjoy!
