My helio ocean turns on but then turns right off

my helio ocean turns on but then turns right off when ever i do anything this happened a few months ago and i got it workng then happened two days ago and again started working now i cant get it to work just keeps shutting off is this common and is there a fix last time itwent into emergency mode and the proble cleared up
