I have try to print same document but it comes empty,what ccould be the problem of this printer.

You have a few options. 1. Use the Printhead cleaning in the Kodak Software this is recomened way and the safest but will use ink each time. 2. Get a T-shirt or another type of cloth that wont leave lint, get some distilled or de-ionized water (tap will work but not as well) and mannually clean the printhead. To do this remove the printhead and look at it. you should only wipe with the nozzels groove. go with the grain not against it. you dont need to put alot of pressure. Place the nozzels on a wet area of the cloth wipe in the directions of the nozzels you can do this on a flat surface or use your fingers to press against. 3. Call kodak say your printhead is dead and you would like a replacement. They should not charge you for it because its not your fault that it does not work.

in my printer the resistor R348 on the motherboard printer was broken. The value that must have is 10 ohms. I have changed and the printer has resumed work.

If you take the empty cartridge out and put a small piece of electrical tape over the little window on the front, the printer will think the ink is full.
