Some amps come with extra, power, rem, ground, so you can , power up another Amp Without runing to many wires. , or using a power block.like a parallel, being your 1st Amp your power block, and your remote, ground .

Tip

Fix Model 3105 also Model 3612

The small plastic piece falls out when cleaning the head. It goes back in the left side of the removable piece. Hold it with the screen closest to your body and upside down. The small piece fits in the upper left with the square edge to the left in the small recess. It just sort of snaps in.
Mine is actually the 3612 cordless but they look identical from the photo. I have been trying to fix it for 6 months. When a new head had the same problem with the piece falling out, I decided it might be repairable. After I pushed the piece back in, it stayed. You can tell where it goes by looking at the taken apart shaver (With the head removed for cleaning). The shaver has a plastic pin sticking up on the left side. This pin is what lowers the trimmer when the shaver is assembled.
Hope it works for you.

Bose wave radio CD RCA inputs buzz after a few minutes of playing input from my computer. When I touch the jacks the buzz usually goes away for several more minutes.

i probably wouldnt try souldering them because you have a high chance of melting that wire since it is extremely thin and its usually fiberoptic but you may have something frayed inside the input jack itself like a loose ground or a loose connection i would look their as well. When it comes to music i would throw away the input chords and buy new ones

I melted the input for my 12 volt connection well just the plastic around it. Is there anyways i can fix this, or does someone know where i would be able to send it in to be fixed? My amp still gets power,...

The high current drain due to a possible short in the sub output drivers must have pushed the connectors to melt off and fail.
Your amplifier driver MOSFETS might have shorted to bring about the protection on. Make sure that the wiring to the sub woofer is not touching a ground or shorting.
You can ask any audio tech. to have a look within and test for shorted driver outputs.

After market pipes are melting the plastic intake part of the faring 4 into one vans and hines is there anyway to keep front piece from melting near oil cooler ,cooler does have its screen on but plastic...

The aftermarket pipes may have a different bend to the original.Making them closer to the affected parts. You can get a 'wrap' that is wound around the pipes. It is used as a performance enhancement. It is used in many tight applications to stop heat transfer from one cylinder to another.Imagine the rear cyl. of a V8.It gets all the heat buildup from the other 3 cyls. in front of it.Your pipes are probably not seen so this may help.Also.Just make sure the timing is correct because if it is wrong it can contribute to a very hot exhaust.Hope this helps

Shop-vac model 90L550A motor wont run

Yes replacing the link would work, but that would not fix the cause. You have either pulled the wiring to the point of pulling apart the connection or there is a short. Which would be in the way of a grounding effect causing the link to heat and melt. A safty issue to be sure. Check all contact with housing and motor to make sure there is not an underlying problem to start with. Unpluged of course

The amp won't come out of Diagnostic mode.

Leave the power unplugged for 4-8 hours. No power what soever. This will let the amp return to regular default mode. If this amp is self fixable, this is the way to do it. The only other way is to take it in and have testing done to find the faulty module.

Ground wire has burned plastic cover on my amp

what type of terminal is on the amp. screw or slip on type?

The plastic does not carry any type of ground. If your ground wire was melted, that means you have a 'hot' wire shorting across the ground somehow causing a short. This causes excessive heat like an 'arc' welder.

You might want to check your power wire to make sure its not making any contact to ground. Make sure any foreign debris is not causing a 'bridge' between the 2 posts.

If your terminals (or place where you hook up power and ground wires) are in good shape, re-wire and turn on the unit.
