HI. This is a basic Electronic Range Control Board failure code. I would advise to try a hard reset. This may correct the fault, if the damage is not severe. Simply unplug, or shutdown the appropriate circuit breaker for five minutes. After the five minutes have passed, kindly re-introduce power to the unit once more. Try to preform a baking cycle. if the code continues to illuminate during the attempt to operate the range, simply replace the main electronic control board(ERC or Clock).

F1-E1 Defective ERC...Solution: Replace ERC. The error E1-F1 indicates that the Electronic Range Control/Clock has been blown.

1. Disconnect power to unit.
2. Gain access to the back of the clock (electronic range control or ERC).
3. Unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC. This will be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide.
4. Make sure everything is clear and will not short out when power is turned back on.
5. Turn power back on to stove.
6. Watch for the E1-F1 and listen for the beep.
7. If you get the E1-F1 and beep, replace the ERC.
8. If after approx. 30 minutes you do NOT get the E1-F1 and hear the beep, replace the touch pad.
   NOTE: Some models incorporate the touch pad and the clock as one part.

I'VE the same problem lower oven don't work and the error is F03. My oven is new (It was included in the kitchen furniture I both from the outlet. What it can be? Maybe wrong installation?

Samsung Dryer Error Code = FE
Error Condition = Power supply out of range (frequency)
Check and or Repair = If the dryer is getting the power it requires then replace the electronic control panel board.
